Returns
You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
How to Start a Return
- Contact us via our contact page with your order number
- We'll send you return instructions within 24 hours
- Ship the item back and we'll process your refund within 3–5 business days of receiving it
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with a photo and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — no return needed.
Non-Returnable Items
Items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or returned after 30 days may not be eligible for a refund.
